Both Tom and Wilson learned that their wives were cheating on them. Tom reacted by going out of town and acting as nothing had happened, and then he confronted Gatsby and Daisy about their relationship while they were in a hotel room. When Wilson found out he had reacted by locking Myrtle in a room upabove his garage. He then told Tom that was deciding that it was time for him to move West.

Tom and Wilson both learn that their wives cheated on them. Tom was angry and wanted revenge, while on the other hand, Wilson was more sad and wanted to win his wife back by moving and showing her that he can give her what she wants. He got angry also and locked her up, but he didnt want revenge, which is what Tom wanted from Gatsby.

In chapter 7, we learn that both Wilson and Tom discover that their wives are cheating on them. Wilson discovers about his wife first, and upon discovering this, locks Myrtle in a room until they leave and move to the west, which is his plan. Wilson does not know Tom is Myrtles lover though. On the other hand, Tom is certain Daisy and Gatsby have feelings for each other when Gatsby and Daisy exchange passionate glances and Tom so happens to see. Tom is eager to confront this issue and is curious to see if what he believes is the truth. Wilson and Tom act differently upon the news, Wilson acting more irrational, and Tom more calm and secretive about it.

Tom and Wilson both find out that their wives are cheating on them. Tom decided to confrot Gatsby rather than what wilson did and just try to run away. Wilson is meeker than the pugnacious Tom.

George and tom both learned that their wives are having some type of affair. George suffered from legit illness and was visiblt ill, and tom just let it roll off his shoulders. This says alot about their love for their wives. George was truley in love with his wife, whereas Tom's love was questionable.

Tom and Wilson both found out that their wives were cheating on them. They were obviously both hurt, but the took it in different ways. Tom was angry and disgruntled. He was also confused because it was not something that he had expected. Wilson on the other hand became very sick from sadness. He was in a state of shock which caused him to become very sick.
