Mr. WIlson is blond with light blue eyes, and very calm in nature. He is anemic and "faintly handsome." And Myrtle was a thick stout woman. And she wasn't very beautiful...at all. They do fit into the setting, but how they do isn't dlear just yet.

As Olivia said, Mr. Wilson seemed like a handsome man from the description given about him. Myrtle also was described as an unnatractive and not a very beautiful woman. I do not believe that they fit in to their setting though. Myrtle does not seem like the woman who would be around Mr. Wilson. Also, Mr. Wilson does not seem like the man to be near or even run a run-down car dealer as described.

As Olivia mentioned and Nick touched upon Mr. Wilson and Myrtle are two different characters by appearence. Mr. Wilson is a handsome man, who may not live up to his potential, while Myrtle is a rather large women who seems to get onto peoples nerves. They dont seem like they belong in their surroundings because Myrtle isnt worthy of a man like Mr. Wilson and Mr. Wilson is not as accomplished as he should be
